The Greatness of God
The greatness of God cannot be compare to any other greatness on this earth. Just looking at great cathedrals to mighty architectures in great cities around the world, fills you with tremendous respect for the people that built them. Also, when you hear of a person’s heroism in saving another human being or making a difference for good in someone’s life, you are filled with regards and respect for such a person. Therefore, naturally we feel that it is only right to give honour to whom honour is due.
However, nothing can compare to the reverence that we should give to God Almighty. In order for us to give God the reverence that He deserves, we need to be knowledgeable of the greatness of God. Though the extensive greatness of God is incomprehensible to our human mind, nevertheless, the more knowledge you have of God’s greatness, the greater the capacity to have an ever deepening reverence for Him.
